Spiraea japonica
'Lemon Princess' is an easy to grow, adaptable, deciduous shrub decked out in flat clusters of soft pink flowers in late spring. The yellow foliage fades green in summer and copper in fall, occasionally with red and orange tones. Attractive to butterflies. Effective in borders, cottage gardens, foundation plantings, or hedges.
