This woody herb possesses a mild to strong, piney yet sweet aroma and flavorful taste. Traditionally used with poultry, pork, stews and breads. Herbal teas and potpourris have a stimulating effect. Rosemary requires indoor care in the winter in Northeast Ohio. Height depends on frequency of use, pruning or training into a topiary and maturity of the plant. Let soil dry between waterings. Supply extra humidity by setting on a shallow tray of moistened pebbles.
