Rosmarinum officinalis This woody herb possesses an extremely rich aroma and flavorful taste that is traditionally used with poultry, pork, stews and breads. Herbal teas and potpourris with rosemary have a stimulating effect. Plant near beans, cabbage and carrots as a garden companion. Deters bean beetles and moths. Requires indoor care in the winter in Northeast Ohio. Height depends on frequency of use, pruning or training into a topiary and maturity of the plant.
