Pothos 'Cebu Blue' 4"

Pothos 'Cebu Blue' 4"

Epipremnum pinnatum

A small family of tropical foliage plants that are very similar to Philodendron in that they are easy to care for, make excellent air purifiers, and grow best trailing from hanging baskets and pots in less than ideal environments. Also known as Devil's Ivy. 'Cebu Blue' offers silvery-blue, shiny leaves that somewhat sparkle under the right lighting conditions. When young, the plant's leaves are prominently silver or blue-gray in color and elongated or oval in shape. Once mature, the leaves are very green and feature certain zig-zag divisions up the midsection, similar to palm tree fronds. Its name hails from the island of Cebu in the Philippines, where the plant is commonly found growing as a native perennial vine. It is also foundd in other Asian countries and parts of Europe and North Australia. Grow in medium to low, indirect lighting 8-10' from windows, middle of a dim room, or in low fluorescent lighting. Prefers average household temperatures, 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep soil evenly moist to slightly dry. Supply extra humidity by setting on a shallow tray of moistened pebbles. Feed with indoor plant fertilizer April-September per package instructions.
