Viburnum x rhytidophylloides 'Alleghany'
An attractive, semi-evergreen viburnum with a vigorous, multi-branched, upright, rounded habit, wrinkled, leathery, dark green foliage, and 4" wide, white flower clusters in May. Red berries form in the summer and mature to glossy black for a fall show. This viburnum makes a wonderful deer resistant hedge or backdrop for smaller shrubs and perennials.
