A medium hot, hybrid chili pepper bred specifically for homemade salsa, both delicious and very productive. It develops smooth, green to bright red, conical peppers, 8-9 inches long by 1 inch wide that are hotter than an Anaheim, but milder than a jalapeno, measuring 2,500-3,500 Scoville Heat Units. This pepper is excellent used in picante sauce and other Mexican dishes. Grow in sunny, warm containers or garden beds. Resistant to Tobacco Mosaic Virus.
