Floribunda roses offer a compact, bushy habit with stems that produce a clustered bouquet of beautiful, fragrant rose blossoms. They are shorter than Hybrid Tea roses yet offer just as many color choices and fragrances. Many varieties are excellent repeat bloomers and have mildew-resistant foliage. Use in the garden as a specimen rose, border accent, or in a cutting garden. Brick House™ Pink displays bright, fluorescent flowers continuously from spring to fall frost. Plant in well-drained, amended soil at least 2-3' apart. Water well after planting, and maintain 1" of water, once a week, for the first year. Prune down to uppermost new growth in early spring. Feed at least three times during the growing season (when leafing out in spring, after the first set of blooms, and in August) with a slow-release fertilizer per label instructions. Mulch 2" to suppress weeds, retain moisture, and protect against extremes of soil temperature. Deadhead and clean around the base of the plant as much as possible. Wrap in burlap or spray with Wilt-stop to protect from winter desiccation and mulch the base 4-6" in late November to protect the graft/bud union.
