Cupressus spp. Adorable dwarf, conical evergreens with soft needles that can vary from bright kelly to medium green, gray to blue, or yellow depending on variety. They can be decorated as a miniature Christmas or Grinchmas tree, added to a mixed holiday planter, or placed in a windowsill to enjoy. Care Notes: Grow in 6-8 hours of direct sunlight, near an east, west or south facing window. They prefer cooler temperatures of 55-65 degrees F. Keep the soil evenly moist, and reapply water when the top 1" of soil is dry to the touch. Good drainage is important; they cannot tolerate "wet feet". Place away from hot drafts. Fertilize with Osmocote® as directed April through October.
