This variety produces petite fruit on a petite plant, perfect for containers or garden soil. Its clusters of pure white, elongated, teardrop-shaped fruit can be harvested in 55 days from transplanting. It is the earliest white eggplant and offers gardeners a high yield of 3-4 inch fruit with tender skin, few seeds, and the sweetest flavor. These plants prefer warm growing conditions. Excellent for Mediterranean dishes like eggplant parmesan, ratatouille, and also delicious when saut?ed in pasta, grilled, or diced fresh for salsas and relishes. Plant in sunny, well-drained, nutrient-rich soil or containers amended with organic matter like Petitti Planting Mix. Water well after planting; maintain 1" of water once a week throughout the growing season. Feed with a slow release fertilizer, following label instructions. Mulch 2" to suppress weeds, retain moisture, and protect against extremes of soil temperature.
