Echeveria spp. Echeveria are some of the easiest succulents to grow and enjoy indoors or out. They make excellent plants for everyone from beginning gardeners to expert "green thumbs". Succulent plants are known for their juicy leaves or stems where they store water and nutrients allowing them to withstand harsh conditions. The many varieties, shapes, and colors of succulents provides a practically foolproof plant that grows well in sunny containers. 'Grosso' features full, plump, green succulent leaves with the slightest point at the tips. Place in a sunny window where the plant will receive 4+ hours of direct sunlight, or near a sunny window where the plant can still receive bright indirect light (5-6' from a sunny window). Prefers cool to warm household temperatures, 55?-85?F. Let soil dry between waterings. Supply extra humidity by spray misting or setting on a shallow tray of moistened pebbles. Feed April-September with a multipurpose plant food, half strength, once a month.
