Nepeta faassenii
An easy plant to grow in not so easy places, catmint will flower lavender-blue flowers on arching spikes that start early summer and repeat throughout the growing season. Foliage is blue-grey, soft and aromatic. Plant along edges, rock walls with coreopsis, daylilies, peonies, Heuchera and grasses. Voted Perennial Plant of the Year in 2007.
