This is an All American Selections award winning hybrid begonia that produces extra large, showy, all weather, wax-like begonias with abundant flowering in rich red over attractive, disease resistant, unique dark chocolate colored foliage, and strong, sturdy stems for outstanding landscape or container garden performance all growing season under any weather conditions. Grow in sunny to shady areas indoors and out, well-drained soil with average moisture. Feed regularly with a slow release, multipurpose fertilizer. Follow label instructions. No deadheading necessary, but helps keep the plant tidy and blooming nicely. Mulch 2 inches to suppress weeds, retain moisture and protect against extremes of soil temperature.
