Aka Weeping Alaskan Cedar, a graceful evergreen specimen in the landscape with a slower growing, more dense pyramidal habit than 'Pendula' and elegant, drooping branches covered in soft sprays of bright green to gray-green needles which yield tiny blue to brown, round cones. Appreciates well-drained but moist, acidic soils and is very cold hardy, but not heat tolerant. This evergreen possesses excellent year-round interest and deer resistance. Combine with panicle hydrangeas, Weigelas, and shrub roses.
