Coreopsis verticillata A member of the Cruizin series and also known as a variety of Threadleaf Coreopsis or Tickseed, this plant offers red flowers from early summer and into fall with golden orange undersides that add another flash of long-blooming color in the garden. The variety is extremely hardy, drought tolerant, humidity tolerant, and road salt tolerant. The dainty, finely-cut foliage adds a nice texture. Pairs well with coneflower and bellflower. Shear after initial flowering to fresh up the foliage, if desired.
