A tropical plant native to Brazil, Zebra Plants are grown as an indoor houseplants for their foliage and showy flowers. Featuring large, pointed leaves that are a deep, glossy green with bright silvery veins, the plant takes on a striped appearance. When it flowers late summer/early fall, it displays golden bracts that last 6 weeks. To thrive through winter, Zebra Plants prefer plenty of moisture, warmth, and fertilizer. Grow in organic-rich, well-drained potting soil and do not allow the soil to completely dry out between waterings. Mist or provide a humidity tray.
