VIBURNUM DBLFILE SUMMER SNOWFLAK

Viburnum plicatum tomentosum

An excellent upright, yet horizontal branching form, with lovely clusters of flat, creamy-white flowers in mid-May. Red fruit in mid-summer and deep crimson to bronze fall foliage add to its attractiveness. An ideal plant for a flowering garden screen, tall hedge, and for attracting birds. 'Summer Snowflake' has smaller habit, leaves, flowers and fruit than plain doublefile viburnum. Flowers appear sporadically during summer and fall. It is possible to have flowers, fruit and fall color present at the same time.
