Achillea millefollium This variety of Yarrow produces yellow-centered, sweet red flowers each summer that appear as clusters atop sturdy stems, which makes them excellent for cutting. This plant is also very resistant to heat, drought, humidity, wind, and even road salt! If you have a spot in the garden where it's tough to grow flowers, consider Achillea. Grows well in just about any soil type. Enjoys room to spread. Remove spent blossoms to promote continuous flowering. Divide every 4-5 years, if/as needed, in spring.
