Yarrow is a classic perennial and one of the best garden performers. It produces striking, green to silver grey, ferny, aromatic foliage with clustered corymb flowers. It's an awesome pollinator plant, excellent cut and dried flower, and has good deer resistance. The more you cut it, the more it produces. 'Paprika' is a vigorous, finely textured variety with gray-green foliage that produces red flowers in shades of ruby and salmon rose. Plant in well-drained, average to dry soil amended with organic matter like Petitti Planting Mix. Water well after planting; maintain 1" of water, once a week, for the first year. Lift and divide in spring or fall every 3 years.
