A hardy, dwarf evergreen shrub that develops a strong, dense, upright-conical habit covered with brilliant blue-grey, needles. It's perfect for sunny indoor spot where you want a small, live Christmas tree, and makes a festive holiday companion with Wintergreen, Cypress and Cyclamen indoors. This hardy juniper can be planted outside in spring after the last chance of frost. Care Notes: Grow in full sun to bright indirect light, near any window. They prefer cooler temperatures of 55-65 degrees F. Keep the soil evenly moist to slightly dry, and reapply water when the top 1" of soil is dry to the touch. Good drainage is important; they cannot tolerate "wet feet". Place away from hot drafts. Fertilize with Holly-tone when planting outdoors in spring.
