'Aphrodite' is an upright, spreading cultivar known for its orange to copper red winter-blooming ribbbon-like flowers that usually appear late January to March. Witch-hazels possess excellent shade and moisture tolerance, working well in clay soil. They attract pollinators and songbirds, can help reduce erosion, and make attractive natural screens in woodland landscapes. Plant with Hydrangeas, azaleas, and ferns.
