Lady's Mantle 'Thriller' 1 Gallon

An easy-care perennial that has become popular for its foliage texture and color, Lady's Mantle forms round mounds of velvety, medium green leaves, which catch and hold water drops that sparkle in the sun! Foliage is covered by sprays of tiny, chartreuse flowers that make good cut flowers. The plant is great as a deer-resistant edging or in shady containers, and can also serve as a good substitute for yellow-colored Coral Bells. Plant in moist, nutrient rich soil amended with organic matter like Petitti Planting Mix. Water well after planting; maintain 1" of water, once a week, for the first year. Mulch 1-2? to suppress weeds and retain soil moisture. Divide in spring or fall. May develop from seed.
