Lilac 'Declaration' 3 Gallon
Syringa x hyacinthiflora
'Declaration' comes from the US National Arboretum lilac hybridization program, and was released in 2006. It was selected for its large (up to 15 inch), fragrant striking dark reddish-purple inflorescences and upright growth habit. It performs best in cooler regions. Outstanding as a specimen plant in the landscape and highly valued for its use in cut flower arrangements.
